How does pool care work at my property?

So your investment property has got a pool. How do we take care of this?

Here at McGrath Coast and Hinterland, when a property has a swimming pool in place we have a service contractor who actually has a mobile pool shop. He will attend the property at the beginning of the tenancy, meet the tenants, establish a relationship and show them how to use the pool equipment.

From there on out he attends every four to six weeks. At this time he'll be checking your equipment, your chemical levels, and ensuring that the tenants are happy with the condition of the pool.

On completion of the service, the pool contractor will invoice the tenants separately for their chemical use, and provide us an invoice for the service, which the owner is responsible for paying.
