Since the opening of Baringa in 2017 I've been involved with this estate. I've seen its growth and I've seen the rents double in price since that time. That's an amazing growth for any investor, and something that will continue to make people want to invest in the area.

There's still growth. There's lots of growth to happen and we still see tenants looking for quality homes. The area offers near new and brand new homes, which is attractive to tenants and landlords alike, and that's what the tenants like.

And I also see a community vibe. I always suggest with tenants that are coming from out of state or different areas, come and experience the vibe. Come to a community that makes you feel welcome. There's something in the community for everyone to get involved with, and they get welcomed into our community.

So we will continue to see more and more growth through the expansion of the area, and the opening of the new shops is about to happen there. So it's exciting times for Aura and for any investors looking for this area.
