They have a portal where you can log in, you can see what's happening with your property, you can see when their next inspection is, there's a button there if you'd like to attend that inspection to let us know that you'd like to come as well. But you can pull down statements, routines, the entry report — all of that information is available for you 24/7 on our portal.
