Tenants use a wallet system to pay their rent.
What Deb says
With our top-of-the-line tech that we're using, it's actually really smart. Tenants use a wallet system to pay their rent. Our system can actually see what's in their wallet.
This enables us to send them a message prior to rent being due to let them know that there's not enough money in their wallet. This has significantly reduced our arrears. If for some reason there is an issue after this, we obviously follow the RTA guidelines as to best practice, and we will keep you informed at all times.
