Jo was helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area. She was always prompt in answering any questions we had. As we bought the property off the plan, we had lots of questions that needed to be confirmed and clarified. Throughout the building process, the communication was excellent, with regular progress photos and emails. After we moved in, Jo was very helpful in ironing out the little bits and pieces with the new build, communicating quickly with the builder. We highly recommend Jo
