David’s real estate career has spanned more than 20 years, and his passion for the industry remains as strong today as when he first began in 2004. His career started with a successful sales journey across Australia and New Zealand before transitioning into Sales Management, where he oversaw and mentored 35 agents across 8 real estate offices throughout Queensland. Building on this leadership experience, David and his wife Jodie established McGrath Coast & Hinterland, growing it into two thriving offices on the Sunshine Coast with a team of more than 30 exceptional professionals.
A career highlight came when David was named Sales Manager of the Year for McGrath Estate Agents nationally, recognition of his commitment to uplifting industry standards and setting a benchmark of professionalism. Over the years, he has proudly trained and mentored many of the Sunshine Coast’s most successful agents, and his clients benefit directly from the depth of knowledge and insight gained from such a diverse and accomplished career.
Today, David works with clients across the Coast and Hinterland, combining his wealth of experience with a calm, client-first approach. He is committed to achieving outstanding results with the least amount of stress, ensuring every client feels supported and guided throughout their property journey.
